This forest route is mainly on road. Very popular on weekends with Parisians looking for greenery, it allows you to work on intervals with beautiful straight lines serving as markers. The route runs along the A13 motorway between Saint Nom la Bretèche and Feucherolles. Most of the route is flat. However, after passing under the motorway, you encounter a section with some elevation changes that allow you to work on your heart rate.
The entire route is closed to motor vehicles. To enjoy the calm and avoid crowds, favor the morning between 7 and 9 am, especially on weekends.
