Mountain run to the Alpspitze

Start at the Alpspitzhalle – directly to the valley station of the Alpspitzbahn (1 km to warm up) elevation 910m – at the AlpspitzCOASTER or Hänsel & Gretel it really starts – always follow the paved road uphill – Kronenhütte (2.2 km, elevation 1120m) – the middle station (2.6 km, elevation 1185m) stays to the right – continue on the paved road – we reach the start of the winter toboggan run – but it continues to the right on the paved road – after some curves and steep straights we reach Sportheim Böck (4.3 km, elevation 1460m) – since the middle station in about 1.7 km almost 300 vertical meters – there is still time for the panoramic view and a refreshment on the way back!! – continue uphill to the right (past the kiosk) following the Alpspitze signposts – watch out, at the end of the straight it goes uphill to the right – you see the Alpspitze – if you come to the summit from the left you need both hands! – it’s easier on the right! – enjoy the view at 1575 m after only 5 km running distance – return the same way!
