Lighthouse route

The route starts in Kellenhusen and initially runs along the edge of the village in an easterly direction. It soon passes the Bokhorst farm, after which joggers leave the village area and enter the extensive woodland. The path runs along pleasant, firm paths and accompanies athletes through a varied mixture of fields and trees; the view of the striking Dahmeshöved lighthouse, which towers over the coastal region as a landmark, opens up time and again. Shortly before Dahme, the proximity to the lighthouse is particularly noticeable. The way back leads via Dahmeshöved, from where there are wide views over the Bay of Lübeck. The route then continues along the coastal fringe and through Kellenhusen Bay back to the starting point - with a fresh sea breeze and beautiful views of the Baltic Sea.

The route combines sections close to nature with open passages along the coast - perfect for anyone who appreciates variety and coastal charm when running.
