Ab Hasel zunächst auf 3 km von 400 auf 690 Hm ansteigend und dann über Glashütten (kurze Steigung) mit Gefälle nach Kürnberg. Von dort "auf und ab" am Eichener See (wenn er denn da ist ...) vorbei hinunter zum Ortseingang Wehr und dann am "Haselbach" entlang leicht ansteigend wieder zurück nach Hasel!
