The Holzkirchen running park is a joint product of the Holzkirchen market and the RSLC-Holzkirchen. On 10 signposted routes, the surroundings of Holzkirchen can be excellently discovered and experienced from a running perspective. Starting points with overview boards are located at the BaTuSa leisure pool and at Holzkirchen station (east side).Roadbook
We start at the BaTuSa leisure pool and follow Baumgartenstraße southwards. Directly behind the primary and secondary school, we turn left into Holzstraße, then cross Tölzer Straße and continue south on Hischbergstraße. At the first intersection, we keep to the left and follow Setzbergstraße, which leads us to Wallbergstraße and finally to the cemetery on Thanner Straße.
We continue south on the sidewalk and turn left at the first opportunity, passing the southern end of Steindl-Allee and the Kogl natural monument. Before the railway facility, we turn left onto Tegernseer Straße, which leads us to Miesbacher Straße. At the intersection, we cross and keep right. We run along Miesbacher Straße out of Holzkirchen and on the sidewalk and bike path to Oberlaindern. In Oberlaindern, at the height of the medical park, we cross the state road and continue through Oberlaindern via Alleeweg and Schäfflerweg.
From here, we follow gravel and natural paths southward to Draxlham. In Draxlham, we turn right and run west along the local road until we reach the district road. We follow this under the B318 to Lochham, and from Lochham again slightly southward to Thann. From Thann, we go straight back to the cemetery and follow the already familiar running route back to the starting point at BaTuSa.
