The Holzkirchen running park is a joint product of the market town of Holzkirchen and the RSLC Holzkirchen. On 10 signposted routes, the surroundings of Holzkirchen can be excellently discovered and experienced from a running perspective. Starting points with overview boards are located at the BaTuSa leisure pool and at Holzkirchen station (east side).Roadbook
From the east exit of Holzkirchen station, we run northwest first on the Straße am Ladehof, then on Erlkamer Straße to the northern bypass (MB9), which we can conveniently pass through the underpass. We continue through the village of Erlkam and over a field path eastwards towards the hamlet of Mölgg-Aberg, crossing the A8 motorway on a long straight stretch and running past the Fellach gravel pit until a field path branching off to the right enables us to continue to Fellach. Passing the church and crossing the main road, we pass through the village and cross the railway line south of the village, where the Fichtholz begins.
Keeping to the right on a forest path, we run into the woods, turning left at the first opportunity to go deeper into the forest. The Fichtholz now determines our route for just over two kilometers. We go under the A8 motorway and shortly before Unterlaindern we reach open fields again but run right towards Oberlaindern. From there, we use the pedestrian and cycle path along state road 2073 back to Holzkirchen. We leave Miesbacher Straße on the right in the town to return to the starting point via Frühlingstraße and Bahnhofweg.
