Calamita high round

Very nice jogging round for holiday guests of Tenuta delle Ripalte. First, it goes past the riding arena up the mountain. Although a cold start with an ascent, it is quite manageable. At the top, you follow the hiking trail 230 straight ahead and continue on it. After about 5 km, there is an intersection where you continue opposite the forest path. Follow this as well without turning off. After about 9 km, you arrive again at the fork over Tenuta delle Ripalte and now run the last km past the riding arena back to the estate. A great round that runs on a fairly even elevation profile after the first km. Dreamlike views are available constantly on many bays of the island. Often, you run through shady pine forest.
