Afterwork: Quick trip to Schliersee

For a quick sundowner or a short break between meetings - mostly along a flat route to the shore of Schliersee past the campsite and back over the Schlierach to Hausham.
This easy running route first goes through Hausham and then through the idyllic farms of Althausham. Continuing in a small loop, we reach the neighboring town Schliersee. We run through Schliersee to the campsite - for those who still have an extra 7 km in them, the lake circuit is recommended - and from there along the Schlierach back to Hausham.
The route is suitable for ambitious beginners with a length of 8 km and only 60 meters of elevation.

Roadbook
After starting at the Volksfestplatz, we first run along Naturfreundestraße until it turns left onto Kreuzweg. Follow this narrow path to Langeckerstraße and past Florian's bakery to Schlierseer Straße. This is crossed under - like the railway line - through the underpass. Then we follow it to the right through the Haldensiedlung and briefly along the main road to the turnoff to Althausham. Here we turn left and stay on the small and little-trafficked road that gently climbs to Attenberg. At a crossroads, we turn right onto Karl-Haider-Straße and follow it into Schliersee until Urtlbachstraße branches off to the right. At the junction with Miesbacher Straße, we run briefly right and soon left across the railway crossing to Breitenbachstraße and shortly after to the left onto Perfallstraße. Soon a hiking trail around the lake branches off, which we follow and along Freudenberg we reach the Schliersee campsite. Here we turn right onto Breitenbachstraße and follow it to the branch of Schlierachstraße to the left. Along this route we reach - always downstream along the Schlierach - the starting point at the Volksfestplatz.
