Along the path, you will find diverse stations where you can playfully test your senses: hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, and feeling are the focus. This makes the walk a true adventure for the whole family.
Especially exciting: An accompanying audio tour takes you into the stories of the forest elves, letting you immerse even deeper into their world. A fairy-tale adventure for little explorers!

Safety information
Hiking on natural trails and paths - Especially in autumn, it is important to note that fallen leaves on the ground can hide unevenness, roots, stones, or holes in the path. After thunderstorms or heavy rain, trees can still fall or branches may drop. With adverse weather conditions, natural paths may have muddy and slippery sections. Not all rocks or cliffs are secured with ropes or railings. Surefootedness is required in places. Expect these kinds of path impairments if you undertake a hike. If you believe certain sections are not passable for you, then you should bypass them. Despite the "unpievable" marking of the premium hiking trails, we always recommend carrying an appropriate hiking map for safety reasons so that you can quickly reach a safe area during storms or emergencies. Path closures and detours must be strictly observed.
Roadbook
Do you know what is meant by senses? The Wichtel can hear, see, smell, taste, and feel extremely well. And not to forget: they have a particularly strong sense of balance. You are probably wondering now – "What do we need these senses for?" We will tell you, so pay attention and keep walking, dear children.
The actual Wichtel trail ends at Station 2 of the multi-generation path. However, if you feel like searching for more Wichtel doors, you can continue the short circular route and keep your eyes open. Have fun!
