Safety information
In autumn it is especially important to note that fallen leaves on the ground can hide unevenness, roots, stones or holes in the path. After thunderstorms or rainstorms, trees may still fall or branches may fall down later. Particularly in adverse weather conditions, natural paths may be muddy and slippery in places. Not all rocks or precipices are secured with ropes or railings. Surefootedness is required in some places. You should expect such path impairments when hiking. If you believe certain sections are not passable, you should avoid them. Despite the "unmistakable" marking of the premium hiking trails, we recommend carrying an appropriate hiking map for safety reasons, so that in the event of a thunderstorm or emergency you can quickly find a safe area.
NOTE:
We strive to announce all closures caused by forestry work or hunting communities on this platform. Nevertheless, there are situations where trails are closed and we may not have been informed. If you encounter closures or detours on site, please observe the instructions for your own safety.
