You hike from Zuoz via the village of Madulain, the smallest community in the Upper Engadine. We continue on a high trail past La Punt, Bever, Samedan to Celerina. The whole stage is about 15km long and lasts about 4.5 hours. However, you have the possibility to change to bus or train on the way, if you do not want to cover the whole distance on foot.
Easier option: If you would like to shorten the tour, we recommend you to hike along the attractive hiking route to Bever and then change to bus no. 6 in the direction of Celerina/St. Moritz at the bus stop "Bever, Dorfzentrum". The bus always runs XX.55 and at noon also XX.25 and takes you in 15 minutes to the bus stop Cresta Palace in Celerina - directly in front of your accommodation. This saves you one hour of walking time.
