The fully marked hiking trail leads from the Wildseeloderhaus westwards (red-white-red, trail no. 5) in switchbacks up the slope through a rocky gorge. From here, only a short ascent to the summit of Wildseeloder. Afterwards, a short hike southwards passing the ridge on the right to a small saddle, then a gently descending traverse of the slope with minor blockwork. From the Sattel Seenieder a path leads directly back to the Wildseeloderhaus. Straight ahead, signposts lead to Henne along the long but easy path uphill to the summit cross of the Henne.
Descent to the trail junction after the Sattel Seenieder follows the ascent route, then an easy descending traverse on the eastern side of the lake back to the Wildseeloderhaus.
