A few steps after the station, you pass under the SBB line. From there, it goes along the left bank of the Murg across the Thurebene to the Rohrer Bridge, then follow the signs to the Kartause Ittingen. The hiking trail leads westward to Bärlingerhof and then to Iselisberg. On the high path between Iselisberg and Niederneunforn, you enjoy a unique view of the Thur valley and the distant Alps. In this vineyard area, there are several beautiful vineyard houses to admire.
From Niederneunforn, the path leads to the Thur dam, which you follow upstream on the southern side towards Rohrer Bridge.
