Coming from Merzig on the L170, shortly after the town entrance turn right onto a paved road. Take this to the junction with the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig: Here turn right and then follow the trail signs or the Villa-Borg-Trail through meadows.
From Villa Borg, first on the paved road towards Oberleukbach, turn right onto a field path, follow this in a left curve until you reach another paved road: Follow this to the right towards the campsite. After the campsite, turn right from the road onto a forest path, go straight through the crossroads until the end, then left. You will reach the paved road again, turn left onto it and come straight back to the starting point.
