Valley loop Anger - Piding

We start at the village square in the district of Aufham and head towards the main street. At the main street, we turn right and cross the street via the pedestrian crossing. From here, we continue straight ahead under the motorway bridge and over the bridge. After the bridge, we turn left onto the so-called Panoramaweg. We follow the signs towards Jechling/Piding and hike along forest and woodland paths until we reach the community of Piding. We cross the B20 (state road) using the pedestrian underpass and then continue straight through the village, passing the cemetery wall on the right, continuing straight along Berchtesgadener Street, crossing the intersection and turning right until Gaisberg Street, where we turn left and continue straight. Upon reaching the Bachfrieder car dealership, we turn left to immediately turn right under the underpass to cross the B20 again. In front of us lies the historic Staufeneck Castle and the inn below it. We follow the signs towards Urwies, continuing straight towards Unterberg and back to the starting point at the village square in Aufham.
