Valley hike with viewing highlight
The highlight of the tour awaits at the Mahlbergturm: After the ascent, wide panoramic views open from the viewing platform over the Black Forest heights, the Murgtal, and as far as the Rhine valley.
Along the way, the Waldprechtstal shows itself from its water-rich side: Several fountains line the path and tell of the long tradition of springs in the valley. You pass a classic schnapps fountain, the Hildebrand fountain, as well as the Otterberg spring with its stone fountain. A historic water channel also reminds how important water has always been here.
This hike combines nature enjoyment, views, and regional history into an experience for all who want to actively discover the valley.
