Leave the car at the Valcava Pass and follow the CAI 571 trail (around the Imagna Valley) towards Monte Linzone; you will reach the summit cross in 40/50 minutes of walking, passing through the locations of Prato della Costa and Monte Albenza. The ridge is wide, never dangerous, and alternates between beech forest sections and very wide views of the Imagna Valley on one side and the Lombardy plain on the other. Return by the same route as the ascent.
