Few inclines, which can be bypassed if necessary, offer easy and comfortable walking. Nevertheless, there are plenty of adventure moments along the way. The great views along the tour, such as the magnificent view of the railroad viaduct, offer a very special atmosphere. Catering is available directly at the start/finish point of the tour as well as in the immediate vicinity - in the town of Kirchberg.

Narrow alleyways, idyllic corners and romantic half-timbered houses still characterize the medieval town of Kirchberg today. The market square and the historic houses surrounding it are of particular interest. The houses surrounding the square date back to the 17th and 18th centuries. The ensemble of this rectangular square between the main street and the town hall is considered an important example of Baroque square design in rural areas. The buildings on the north side are aligned with the dominant town hall. The majority of the houses are half-timbered, partly plastered and partly exposed.
