A fabulous high mountain panorama awaits us.
The signposted path leads from Bischofswiesen station to Loipl and past the Götschen lifts. Then it ascends southwards to the Toter Mann. A few meters after the summit, we reach the mountain station of the Hirscheck chairlift, next to which the Hirschkaser with its broad viewing platform is located. From here, we have the entire panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps in front of us. The return is along the same route.

Alternatively, you can also start at the Götschenalm or at the Hochschwarzeck parking lot. Here you also have the option to ascend by cable car.

From here, we have the entire panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps in front of us.

Directions
Coming from Berchtesgaden main station towards Ramsau: After leaving Berchtesgaden, follow the road and turn right at the second opportunity towards Bischofswiesen. Follow Silbergstraße past a gas station and the Böckelweiher pond. Continue following the road until the entrance to Bischofswiesen and turn left across a small bridge to the station opposite the fire department.
Coming from Bad Reichenhall towards Berchtesgaden: Shortly after entering Bischofswiesen, turn right across a small bridge to the station opposite the fire department.
