We discover magnificent viewpoints and charming paths on this route between the Altmühl valley and the Jura plateau.

We start the circular hike at the St. Emmeram chapel between Riedenburg and Prunn and first hike gently uphill through the quiet Emmertal to the village of Jachenhausen, which lies on the Jura plateau. Here we can stop for a break before continuing our hike to the dragon flyers’ launch ramp. At the ramp we are rewarded with a magnificent view. Afterwards, we follow a beautiful path along the edge of the terrain and pass the striking rock formation known as the Devil’s Rock. Our detour finally ends at the splendid Falkenhorst viewpoint.
