Through woods and fields

From the train station, we start heading south. At the latest at the bridge, we switch to the east side of the railway line and follow the field path parallel to the tracks.

Shortly before the next bridge, we turn left and at the following fork keep half right to the forest edge. Continue straight ahead here. In a sharp right curve, one descends quite steeply into the devil's ditch, crossing it (the path is often muddy here). The following ascent leads us after a left curve onto an open field.

For the detour to Erlkam, we continue following the path in a large right curve, past a fork in the road.

For the way back, we keep half right here and head back to the forest edge at the devil's ditch.
