Route: At the lake, take the GR 532 trail, yellow rectangle, which climbs to the Markstein via Oberlauchen. At the pass, take the blue disk trail to the left towards Hahnenbrunnen.
At the pass and the TCM refuge, take the GR 5 red rectangle which climbs towards the Markstein.
Stay on the GR 5 until the Hundsrücken pass, where you take the GR 532 again, yellow rectangle, for the descent back to Lauch Lake.Itinerary: Lauch Lake - Oberlauchen pass - Hahnenbrunnen pass - Trehkopf - Markstein - Hundsrücken pass - Bellevue rock - Lauch Lake.
