The Latzfons high path

Ascent: Drive from Klausen to Latzfons and further up to the parking lot near Kühhof (1560 m). From there, follow the wide path 1 in a partly flat, partly slightly ascending traverse of the slopes through forest and meadows westwards to Klausner hut (1919 m, mountain hut with summer service); about 1½ hours from Kühhof. High path: From Klausner hut, follow marker 8 through the nearby stone pine stands and over the wide alpine pastures moderately ascending northeastwards up to a fork in the path at around 2100 m altitude, then continue right along marker 8 on the high trail in a long, flat to slightly ascending traverse of the alpine pastures eastwards and around the southern ridge of Königsangerspitze to Radlsee with the hut of the same name (2284 m, summer service); about 2½ hours from Klausner hut. Descent: From Radlsee, backtrack a bit on the high path, then take the branching trail 10 down to trail 14, from there over alpine pastures down to Bruggerschupfe (2000 m; alpine inn),
