From the Zanser Alm via the lower Herrensteig to the Kofelwiese and back to Zans on the upper Herrensteig
From the Zanseralm (1685m) along the game enclosure, past the Strickneralm and on marker 32B to the lower Herrensteig. Turn left to Plavatscher Kofel (1909m) and further to the Kofelwiese. Shortly along the Günther Messner Steig towards Tullen to the upper Herrensteig (2163m) and from there towards Kirchwiesl. From here the route leads over the gravel path 33 back to Zans, where the Zanser Schwaige invites you to stop for a meal.
