The Cisles high trail

Starting from the northeast edge of St. Christina in Gröden, take the Col-Raiser cable car (valley station 1551 m) up to Col Raiser (2107 m, mountain inn and alpine tavern). From there, on a wide path (signposted “Panascharte”, initially marked 2, later 1), moderately ascending through meadows to the Troierhütte (refreshments at 2271 m; 0:45 hours from Col Raiser) and a few minutes further uphill to a junction with signposts (approx. 2350 m), then right on the high trail 2 B mostly level through grassy slopes to the Piera-Logia-Hut (refreshments, 2297 m), then slightly ascending and descending crossing the grassy slopes and Plan Ciautier until the high trail joins path 2/3 (approx. 2180 m); now right on this, over flat terrain out to the Regensburger Hütte (2137 m; summer operation; 1:30 hours from Troierhütte) and always on the wide path 1 gently descending through the Cislestal down to the valley station of the Col-Raiser cable car. About 1:00 hour from Regensburger Hütte.
