From Lendkreuz, follow the yellow signposts first steeply up through the forest. Then continue on a forest road to Alptor and past the Halterhütte up to Teufelstein. From there, descend along the forest edge to the marked trail until it meets the 02 path. Now follow a partially ruined hunting trail according to the GPS plan, partially steeply down to the Freßnitzbach (wildlife sanctuary in winter). On the forest road, which passes through a feeding area for wildlife, back out to Lendkreuz.
