This straightforward linear walk is a relatively easy way of seeing the Barranco de Argaga. The perspective on Valle Gran Rey from the Tequergenche cliffs is astonishing - perfect for those who are at once fascinated by and fearful of heights! The high exertion rating is due to the rough terrain and the fact that most of the climbing is on the way back. Remember this when you're cheerfully galloping along on the outward leg. Not recommended in hot weather. Exertion 4. Time 3.25 hours. 12 Kms. Ascents 350m. Descents 350m. Linear 'out and back' route. Refreshment rating 0
