We start the walk from the Visitors Center to the right, following route 3 (blue) to the Torre de Prado Ancho, a 1500 m path that borders the central Tablas, with 4 bird observatories along the route. At the end of the path is the highest point of the National Park, where you can enjoy the best panoramic view of the heart of Las Tablas and its wildlife.
Then we retrace our steps to now follow route 2 (yellow) to Pan Island, 2000 m long, the most famous one, which runs along wooden walkways connecting several islands throughout the route. From them, you can see different perspectives of the open Tablas among the vegetation and resting or flying birds over the area. A path that starts from the Pan Island Observatory leads to the Tarayes forest, the most important tree formation on the island. This route optionally connects with the Acclimatization Lagoon, where we can observe a representative group of waterfowl found in the Tablas de Daimiel throughout the year.
Finally, we take the indications to the right for the last route (red), the Permanent Lagoon, about 800 m long, which leads to a lagoon from whose observatories you can see, depending on the time of year, different water birds: waterfowl, grebes, herons...
