Beautiful route with a great view and a wonderful sunrise
The Hochgrat is the local mountain of Oberstaufen. It is clearly visible from afar and offers a breathtaking view from the summit itself. It is a great experience to see this view at sunrise. How the mountains of the Alps are illuminated by the first rays of the sun. This sight is worth getting up early and the effort! Another advantage of getting up early is that fewer people are on the move and you can also enjoy some quiet minutes in nature at the summit cross. When running downhill, you experience the awakening of nature with all its beautiful facets up close. How the cows slowly wake up and the cowbells begin to ring, and how the plants slowly awaken from their sleep and begin to bloom in their most beautiful colors. Everyone must have experienced a sunrise route at least once!

My Name is Laura! I just started an apprenticeship as a Media designer at Outdooractive. Before that, i worked three years as an interior decorator in the City of Kempten (Allgäu). I live in Lanzenberg, a small small village with 30 inhabitants, in the East of the Allgäu Region, which is 20 minutes from Immenstadt. I do a lot of Outdooractivities like climbing, moutainbiking, hiking and Swimming.
