Sun Path

The starting point is the parking lot on the road between Hörstein and the turnoff to Rückersbach. Follow the signage with the deer, after about 10-15 minutes you leave the forest and walk along the forest edge always in the sun. The path continues above Gunzenbach and then turns right to the chapel of Rothengrund. From there it goes to the outskirts of Gunzenbach, a little along the road, but on a footpath, heading south and then on a field path, paved, parallel to the road to Hohl. Through Hohl, along Haagstraße and at the end of Haagstraße, it then goes up a field path again, which then leads into an unpaved forest path at the forest edge. This is the last stretch back to the parking lot and can be very muddy in wet weather.
