    Roadbook

From the hotel you walk towards Lej da San Murezan and follow the waterline to the escalator. This takes you up into the village to Via Serlas.

Here you cross the street and follow the walking path on the right alongside the barrier. A little further on you take the zigzag left and follow the road to Via Maistra where you turn right.

Just past the new Catholic church on the left you find the connection to the walking path to Celerina.

You are now at the starting point of the world-famous skeleton track Cresta Run, the only natural ice track in the world connecting St. Moritz with Celerina. The first 'Run' was organized here in the winter of ... 1884-1885 ... and ended in the village of Cresta, now part of Celerina.

You pass the clubhouse and follow the winding path to Celerina. The 1215.25m long track has ten curves, all named, with the 'Shuttlecock' being the most spectacular.

A little more than 157m lower the walking path ends at the mountain pass road.  Here you immediately take the gravel road to the left which runs behind the houses of Celerina. Across the road you see the 'Frizzonis Finish Lodge', the end point of the Olympia Bob Run track (bobsleigh and luge track also made of natural ice).

You walk to the left of the railway and pass the valley station of the cable car. You walk to the next passage under the railway which you take to the right. Then immediately left, second turn right ... to the roundabout. Here turn right to the stop Celerina, Cresta Palace.
