The Steinwand circular route, located southeast in a mid-mountain area, runs over a forest ridge. It enchants with fragrant meadow flowers and forest floors, a magnificent panoramic view of the town of Altenmarkt as well as the mountain backdrop of the Tennengebirge, Hoher Dachstein, and an impressive view of Altenmarkt’s "local mountain" Lackenkogel.
