Hike from the Schwemmalm via Kuppelwieser Alm down to Steinrast
The SAD bus will take you to Kuppelwies. From there you can comfortably cover a few metres in altitude with the Schwemmalm cable car. From there, trail no. 6 leads to the 2,658 m high Mutegg for all summit strikers. If you prefer a more leisurely approach, instead of hiking up to the Mutegg, you can continue on trail no. 5 and 5b from the mountain station to the Kuppelwieser Alm. From there, trail no. 11 leads to the Steinrast. The rest of the tour can be comfortably covered by the hiking bus to the Schwemmalm cable car valley station. If you prefer to walk down to the valley, follow trail no. 11 to St. Moritz. From there, the hike leads along the Kreuzweg and Sunnseitenweg No. 12 the last few metres down into the valley to the valley station.
