Skiathos Trail 05 - The Roads of the Monastery

This trail connects the capital of Skiathos with the monastery of Evangelistria, giving access to the rest of the network, either towards Kastro or towards the north-west part of the island.
This path is one of the network’s main ones. Through exceptional paths, it unites Chorio to the Monastery of Evangelistria offering a route through olive groves, agricultural landscapes, viewpoints, impressive cobbled streets, little chapels and springs. This route also acts as a main connection route between Chorio and the rest of the network on the north part of the island. The hiker can then make his way from the Monastery of Evangelistria to Agios Charalambos and Kastro through another route.

You can also arrive to Skiathos by flying dolphin or Catamaran High speed through the following ports: Thessaloniki, Volos, Agios Konstantinos, Alonissos, Skopelos(Glossa), Skopelos, Trikeri (Pilio)
Airline connections from Athens Airport "El. Venizelos" to Skiathos Airport "Alexandros Papadiamantis" can be found throughout the year. During summer you can access Skiathos from all over the world, by a combination of flights or directly to Skiathos.
