This route offers the perfect opportunity to get to know the landscape around Peterdorf and St. Peter am Kammersberg. There are also fantastic viewing points to linger. There are also some sections of the path away from the busy road, far into the forest areas. In this regard, you can really enjoy the nature of the Murau region here.

Roadbook

From the starting point S2 you walk towards Peterdorf, but before you reach the town sign you cross the main road and the Katschbach, continue left until you reach the playground. From there you follow the signs to the Glanz to the farm cf. “Small burgers”. Continue to the next junction towards Speckbauer (snack bar) - stage 2. Continue following the path down the valley to Volz Mühle (snack bar). You return to the starting point along the Katschbach.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Turn right here and drive towards Murau. In Katsch in der Mur keep right again and drive to St. Peter am Kammersberg.

Coming from Tamsweg, drive via Ranten (or Stadl an der Mur) to Murau. Keep left here and drive via Schöder to St. Peter am Kammersberg.

Parking spaces are available in the area of Camping Bella Austria.
