Safety information
If you believe certain sections of the path are not walkable for you, you should avoid them. Especially in adverse weather conditions, natural paths can have muddy and slippery sections.
In autumn in particular, be aware that fallen leaves on the ground can hide unevenness, roots, stones, or holes in the path. Expect such path impairments if you undertake a hike.
Although the path is very well marked throughout, for safety reasons you should always carry an appropriate hiking map or download the free app "Experience Rhineland-Palatinate."
