Follow Dorf- and Erzbachstraße as far as the flood barrier, cross it and continue along the forest track, following the signs to Lochalmköpfl (1,807 m) and then turning right towards Sausteigen (1,912 m). The descent follows the slightly steeper path towards “Brandgut”. Then follow the signs to the Niederbrand Chapel. Pass this and continue along the forest track to the main road. Walk about 100 m to the right to the tennis court and cross the Oberwirtswiese back to the village square.
