From the Schaanwald forest playground, follow a small path along the stream to the forest road. Follow the signs towards Paulahütte.
Just below the Paulahütte, follow the forest road to the curve, then continue along the marked path (wooden stakes with red and white marking) following the forest path.
Continue either along the wooden stakes or the signs up to the saddle.
Once there, descend on the Liechtenstein side past the Gafadura hut to Alpzink. Continue along the marked paths until you reach the ascent path again. From here, continue as on the ascent or along the forest road back to Schaanwald.
