Author’s recommendation
The churches in the Vall de Boí form the most remarkable complex of Romanesque buildings in Catalonia and were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. The churches of Boí, Santa Maria and Sant Climent de Taüll, Durro, Barruera, and Erill la Vall stand out. The Pantocrator of Sant Climent de Taüll is one of the most symbolic images of the complex.
