The circular tour via Ranten- and Prebertörl leads to a hidden corner of the Kleinsölktal and through lonely cirques around a mountain ridge. Above the Schwarzensee and the Putzentalalm, it has been quite quiet so far and will remain so in the future. A tour for persistent and sure-footed hikers who seek enough distance from the noise of everyday life.
From the Breitlahnhütte on the road to the wildlife feeding area at Grafenalm, turn left there and follow AV trail 702/793 lengthwise over an alpine clearing and through the forest to a forestry road. On this road, about 100 meters in elevation, up to a left hairpin bend where a path branches off that cuts off the following road loops and leads through the forest up to the hidden huts of the Vorderen Neualm. Behind this, continue on a forestry road to a fork. Here, keep left and after the moderately ascending path crosses the main stream twice, reach a route junction (approx. 1530 m). The path 793 branches off to the Predigtstuhl on the left, straight ahead our route (AV trail 792) leads to the Rantentörl. The path continues through the forest, mostly following the stream bed, and reaches the grassy Roßboden behind a terrain edge and above it a basin with two tarns. From these we toil left over open steep terrain to the Rantentörl. Here we turn right, climb about 50 meters along path
