The path leads to a distinctive rock ledge. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine Valley, the Katz and Maus castles, and the town of Sankt Goarshausen with the world-famous Loreley.
The namesake rock nose Rabenack is subject to weathering processes and was therefore anchored with massive steel cables in 2003. In the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site, many animal and plant species are protected due to their rarity. Many of these special animal and plant species can be observed along the way.
