R2 Roßbach - Mill Path

Accompanied by the babbling of the lively Wied, we first walk along the Wied promenade. After a short stretch through the town, we soon reach the enchanting path parallel to the small Masbach, which leads us through the sun-drenched forest to the picturesque Nescher Mill. Beautiful natural paths lead us to the heights of Breitscheid. Here it goes to the Roßbacher Häubchen, an eroded volcanic cone with fantastic wide views into the Wied valley and even from the summit to the Eifel and the Siebengebirge - the detour is worth it! After enjoying the view extensively from the various benches on site, we walk back to Roßbach in a relaxed manner.
