It begins in the far north, overlooking the town of Corredoura, at a point where the Serra da Pevide loses altitude. From this point, an access to the ridge allows you to visit the group of windmills that were installed here. Going anticlockwise, you skirt the slope to the west, with a wide view to the NW. You can even see the dune strip that precedes the Atlantic beaches from Serra da Boa Viagem to Nazaré. Soon after, the trail turns SE and crosses the two tunnels that return it to the eastern slope, now with views of the town of Porto de Mós, the Lena river valley and the Fonte Valley. It continues with a practically imperceptible gradient until, near Bezerra, the Ecopista ends. You are now at the southern end and just over 6 km from its end. It descends into the valley on a rural path and later on a trail, heading north, crossing the wooded Vale da Fonte. Later, the trail returns to the hillside, climbing gently towards its end.
