The starting point is the parking lot at the church in Bad Häring (free of charge). First, the path leads along the road towards Pölven. After about 600 meters, turn left into another road and follow this to the last houses. From there, a hiking trail (yellow signpost) branches off towards Fleck - Waterfall. After passing the waterfall, continue along a forest road at the edge of the forest. Always pay attention to the signposts Tour de Tirol loop. After reaching Peppenau at the foot of the Kl. Pölven, continue along the road and reach the route of the oil pipeline to Ingolstadt. Always follow the signposts Tour de Tirol or Pölven loop trail. Follow the path to Lengfeldenalm and further to Pölvenau, and from there on to Söll.

Continue via the Sonnseitweg above the district of Pirchmoos to Reit, then further towards Lengau chapel, then via Hinterlengau and Lengau back to Bad Häring.

From the Inntal motorway (A 12), exit Kirchbichl (Langkampfen) at the roundabout towards Kirchbichl. After passing under the underpass at Kirchbichl station, always head towards Bad Häring.
