Peilstein from Neuhaus

From the parking lot a short way along Schwarzsee Street - heading towards Peilsteinhaus - turn left over a pasture, trail no. 448, distinctive round black pine, we stay on trail no. 448 until Peilsteinhaus, to the summit with a view of the pilgrimage church at Hafnerberg is only 5 minutes, from Peilsteinhaus we follow the signpost towards Holzschlag. At the inn at Holzschlag there is a good opportunity to stop for a meal. We go back to the trail junction and take the unmarked path downhill, passing a new hut with a playground on the left, always left in the forest, soon meadows on the right, to the fork in the path, half-left somewhat steeper uphill to the border point of the Federal Forests BF 100, we follow the path to the border point BF 89, continue right, at the rock faces left, here we see one climbing route after another, in switchbacks (caution is advised here!) it goes to the B11 and BF 88, left along the B11 back to Neuhaus.
