Over an area of approximately 60 km², the eight larger districts and numerous hamlets are spread out. Don’t worry, you don’t have to cover so many kilometers. On this hike around Oy-Mittelberg, you will feel like you are in a box seat at the Alpine cinema. Beautiful lakes, towering mountain giants, and small hamlets play the leading roles. Allgäu cows and sheep are the extras. This hike is as cozy as a box seat in a cinema, and the view stretches from the Zugspitze almost to Ulm. Apart from bird songs, church and cow bells, the silence here is interrupted by nothing. Enjoy the panorama hike and get to know the special features of the landscape around Oy-Mittelberg. In addition, you do something for your health because located at an altitude of about 1,000 m, the community offers a mild high-altitude climate that is also used for therapy purposes. A rich wellness offering invites you to relax after hiking.
