Panorama path near Prem

From the Lechaue hiking parking lot, the trail passes the Restaurant-Cafe Lechaue through the sports facilities (table tennis, badminton, chess, etc.), water treading basin, and a forest playground. After crossing the Mühlbach stream (information board), it goes past the fire station and the maypole (seating area) and gently uphill via Flößerstraße. At the linden tree at the church square, the trail turns right towards Moosreiten; after leaving the village, the right ascending path to Küchele is taken. On the hill, a side path or meadow path leads right to Mühlberg with a panoramic view of Prem, Lechsee, and the nearby Ammergebirge mountains. Above Kaltenbrunner See, the field path leads down to the hamlet of Küchele with views of Kaltenbrunnersee and the Ammergebirge. Not only on hot days is the short detour down to Kaltenbrunnersee worthwhile. In Küchele, the panorama path crosses the district road and the Mühlbach stream. Shortly after, the dam crest of the Prem Lechsee is reached. On the left, the Halblech river with its extensive gravel fields flows into Lechsee. There, an observation station invites you to watch the local birdlife and relax. The continuing path then either goes along the dam crest or on the path right below to the sawmill "Obere Aumühle" and back to the parking lot at the Lechaue.
