Circular route that from the town of Oronz, passing by the Hermitage of San Pedro, ascends along the Azurre ravine until reaching the impressive Orkatua waterfall. The diversity of tree species and vegetation in the area combined with the visit to the Orkatua waterfall and the views from the height make it well worth completing the entire route, returning from the waterfall to Oronz via the Iturrotza Path.
Circular path that runs through roads, trails, and forest tracks. Starts near the church of Oronz to follow the path to the Hermitage of San Pedro, from where it covers a short stretch of gravel track to turn right to follow a trail ascending the Izurre ravine to the Orkatua waterfall, 2.4 km from Oronz. From this point, follow the Iturrotza Path ascending through forest until connecting with another path that goes right to cross the Izurre ravine river and leads to a forest track which you follow to the right descending to a confluence of paths with a directional post, Camino de la Sierra (also marked in yellow) and Camino a Oronz (1.1 km). The forest track is left behind, turning right on the path descending to Oronz.
