From Lilienfeld station along the Traisen river to the Lilienfeld State Hospital. From here through the “Silent Valley” to the Lilienfeld Hut (ÖGV). Now head towards Klosteralm to Schwarzwaldriegel and then to Traisner Hut (Naturfreunde) on the Hinteralm at 1313 m. Continue over Muckenkogel at 1248 m back to the Lilienfeld Hut (ÖGV). Now keep right towards Kolm and via Mitteriegelsteig to Lilienfeld station.
