After 100 m, turn right again (service road), and in a wide left curve approach the cliffs of Monte Brugnolo. Now slightly steeper climbing through spruce and larch forest to the west side of the mountain. Continue for a few minutes on flat ground up to a junction where we follow the sign "Ronzo-Chienis". (Here we could keep right to hike over Monte Brugnolo and directly reach Monte Creino, Trail No. 637; 45 min.) The path then turns northward, where we reach the first meadows. Ahead of us rises the striking Monte
